We welcome your feedback and view all comments and complaints seriously. As such, we have a formal mechanism to ensure all matters bought to our attention are followed up immediately.
If you have any concerns regarding any aspect of your care, please feel free to discuss them with your nurse or doctor. Alternatively, call the Consumer Engagement Unit.
Complaints for reporting misconduct (staff or public), breaches of the WA Health Code of Conduct and other kinds of unacceptable behaviour can be raised, investigated, and where appropriate, action taken.
