We understand that timely access to your results is important and are committed to releasing your results as soon as possible.
Please ensure you discuss any results with your doctor.
My Health Record
The easiest way to access your results is via My Health Record, either online or via the 1800MEDICARE app.
Your doctor will have instant access to your results however some results have a 5-day delay before they are visible to you.
My Health Record does not currently support images, so only reports are uploaded.

Requesting a copy of a patient’s results on their behalf
If you are a patient’s relative, next of kin, carer or guardian and would like to request a copy of their results on their behalf, please submit a request below.
You will need to download and complete an Authority to Release Radiology Records (RPRAD05) form and attach to the request.

Third-party Requests
If you are not a Royal Perth Hospital patient or their next of kin, carer or guardian, or if you require access to non-Radiology information, please submit a request via the Freedom of Information office.
