Procedures and treatments

The Information about procedures and treatments booklet (PDF 550KB) provide details about the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and how it operates. It includes information about some of the procedures performed, and explains communication between staff, patients and their families.

The department welcome any questions or comments you may have. If you wish to discuss your relative’s condition at anytime, please ask the ICU nursing staff to contact the ICU senior registrar or consultant.
