Palliative Care

We provide a number of services for our patients including:

• consultations with inpatients
• outpatient clinics
• discharge planning
• bereavement service
• education and research.

We also provide a consultation service by specialist nurses to assist our staff members, especially other nurses.

We have had a Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner since 2009.
